This privacy policy describes how DealRadar ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website. We have written it in plain language because we want it to be useful, not just legally defensible.

What we collect

When you load a page on DealRadar, our web server records standard request metadata — your IP address, the URL you requested, the time of the request, the user-agent string sent by your browser, and the referring page if your browser provided one. This information is used for operational purposes: detecting abuse, debugging errors, and producing aggregate traffic reports. We do not sell or rent this information.

We do not require an account to use DealRadar. We do not run a newsletter signup. We do not use ad-targeting cookies of our own, although third-party advertising networks (see below) may set their own cookies when their slots are loaded.

Cookies

DealRadar uses a small number of first-party cookies for functional purposes — primarily to remember whether you have dismissed an informational banner. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not shared with third parties.

Pages that include affiliate links may set tracking cookies from the merchant or affiliate network when you click through. These cookies allow the merchant to attribute a referral commission to DealRadar if you complete a purchase. The cookies are governed by the merchant's privacy policy, not ours.

Advertising

Some pages on DealRadar display advertising sourced from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Affiliate relationships

Data retention

Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days and then rotated. Aggregated traffic statistics may be retained indefinitely. We do not maintain user profiles.

If you believe DealRadar holds personal information about you and you would like it removed, contact us at the email address on the contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
