How DealRadar works

DealRadar is intentionally simple. There are no accounts, no newsletters required, and no walls between you and the promo code. Every page on this site is plain server-rendered HTML, which means it loads in a fraction of a second and works on any browser — including the locked-down corporate ones some readers are stuck with at the office.

Step 1 — Start with the tool you are renewing

The fastest way to find a useful discount is to start from the tool you already plan to buy. Use the search-friendly category pages in the top navigation — Email, CRM, SEO, AI — to narrow down to the right software class, then scan the merchant names until you find the vendor you care about. If the tool is not listed, jump to the full directory and use your browser's in-page search.

Step 2 — Read the deal page

Each deal page tells you four things in plain language: what the discount actually is, who it is best for, the exact promo code to enter, and the redemption steps. We also include a frequently asked questions block that covers the gotchas — whether the code stacks with annual prepay credit, whether existing customers can use it, and whether it applies to every plan tier or only specific ones.

Step 3 — Click GET CODE

The GET CODE button on every deal page opens the merchant's site in a new tab. Note the code from the deal page, head to the merchant's checkout, and paste the code into the promo or coupon field on the billing screen. Always confirm that a discount line item appears in your order summary before you complete the purchase — that is the only reliable signal that the code applied.

Step 4 — Tell us if a code is dead

B2B SaaS vendors change their pricing and promotional structures constantly. We retest popular codes on a regular cadence, but you will sometimes catch a stale one before we do. If a code on this site does not work for you, please take ten seconds to report it on the contact page — we will refresh the listing and, if possible, find a replacement offer for the same vendor.

What we will never do

We will not require an email signup to reveal a promo code. We will not put the code behind a popup, a quiz, or a fake spinner. We will not silently auto-apply affiliate parameters to URLs that bypass your existing partner discount. And we will not list a deal unless we can point to a verifiable public source for it — affiliate feeds, the merchant's own promotions page, or a public partnership announcement.
